It’s been mighty quiet on the Cowgirl Red Blog this week.

Did someone ask, “What in tar-nation have you been doing?”
What exactly is a “tar-nation”?

It’s a word made up by Yosemite Sam from the year 1966.
Well, my dear….Merriam-Webster would disagree.
To be precise, it is a euphemism for “damnation” from the year 1790.
Last month I bought a new MacBook Pro from the year 2011.
Many a  “tarnation” were uttered this week….
as I vowed not to push “Publish” until the learning curve was straightened.
I kept my vow to produce one complete blog with pictures from start to finish on the new MacMachine. No cheating.
It was been almost as productive as my hair straightening experiment from the year 1976.

  1. Love-love-love the horses on the wooden walkway! 🙂

I got a new McLap over a year ago. First time Mac user. There was a lot of tarnation going on up here, I tell you! I still haven't gotten everything figured out but there is less tarnation, I guess. There are things I love about Mac and things that make me want to pull my hair out. But then MS used to make me want to pull my hair out sometimes, too. LOLOL!!! 😉

I have only seen one Mac computer ever. I have enough trouble with a new pc let alone getting a Mac. I know you will master it in no time. Love seeing the horses taking advantage of a sidewalk. git along little doggie.

Rita & Lisa, Yes it just takes time. I've wanted one for awhile. I thought it would be easier to upload & edit photos for my blog. So far it is. Like learning a second language. I just stared at it for the first two weeks, then decided to bale in full force. It was becoming an expensive paper weight. Thank you both for following my blog. Love, Terah
