Goodbye My Amish Cowgirl Friend

Some of you may remember my old friend,

The Amish Cowgirl

Well, I said goodbye to her Saturday.

It’s hard to say goodbye when you’ve been friends for so long.

She was my first vintage quilt.

I sold her to someone who really wanted and appreciated her and will cherish her in her home.

A labor of love now for 3 women who will never know each other.

Except in spirit.

A spirit who binds us together and tells our common story.

The circle is complete.
